Vets Central is on a mission to become Australia’s leading veterinary partner, delivering quality veterinary services to the community. We’re looking for a dedicated Business Technology Coordinator to manage our core systems and enhance efficiency across our operations. Reporting to the GM of Business Technology, you’ll work closely with various teams to ensure seamless tech operations and foster our unique culture.

This full-time opportunity is based at our support office in Bundall, Gold Coast. It will involve project support and occasional travel to our veterinary practices for network installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the operational availability of our core systems, including Practice Management and Microsoft 365.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
  • Support the implementation and upgrades of applications and hardware.
  • Assist in project management to keep tech initiatives on track.
  • Create documentation and training materials for users.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and improve processes.

Our Ideal Candidate:

To excel in this role, you will:

  • Have a relevant degree or experience in a similar position.
  • Bring at least 3 years of experience in tech support or project management (veterinary sector experience is a plus!).
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Be organised, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
