About the Role:

As the Business Manager at Swan Valley Vet Centre, you will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of our two-site practice. Your role will be pivotal in driving business performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting both locations to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Manage and direct the operations of our two clinic sites, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-quality service delivery.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team across both locations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Business Development: Identify and drive opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with veterinary staff, support teams, and the Vets Central support office to achieve business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Animal Industry experience in a senior leadership role (3-5yrs)– desirable
• Proven experience in practice or business management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
• A track record of strategic oversight, financial management, and operational efficiency.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and service across multiple locations.
• A passion for veterinary care and a drive for continuous improvement and excellence.
