About us:

Located on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW – plenty of beaches and bush walks to enjoy. Only a short drive from Sydney and also close to Newcastle. Tuggerah Veterinary Clinic has been caring for pets, wildlife and (occasionally) livestock on the NSW Central Coast since 1999. Our team is committed to providing a friendly, caring and professional veterinary service.

The majority of our patient load consists of companion animals – dogs and cats. We also treat a variety of exotic pets (including birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, mice and rabbits). Our client base is varied, but includes a significant breeder clientele, plus we have expertise in feline medicine and ferrets.

Our clinic is proudly owned by Vets Central (VC Operations (NSW) Pty Ltd) and as part of a larger organisation, you will have the benefit of a sharing of knowledge from various avenues.

Applicants should have the following:

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognised in Australia
• At least 2 years work experience working in a veterinary clinic – both consultative and surgical 
• Ability to work with fellow team members and build rapport with clients
• A positive ‘can do’ & friendly attitude
• A desire to grow yourself and develop your career
• Strong organisational and communication skills
